How does The Bike Hub rental program work?
We've got a sweet selection of all-new bicycles available for rent, directly from our retail stores in Spokane and Liberty Lake, WA. Renting bikes from us is super easy–just select a rental bike below, choose your reservation timeframe, and pay online to complete your rental booking. All rentals are priced on a per-day basis, ranging from $65 - $200 a day, depending on the bike. Our rental bikes are available to book for up to 7 days at a time with a minimum rental duration of 1 day. Most bikes will be available to reserve through the end of July–book now before the summer fills up!
FOR ALL SAME-DAY RENTALS:
Please call the store location that you plan to pick-up your bike rental from in order to confirm bike availability. We cannot guarantee that all same day rentals will be available–please call ahead prior to booking your rental. See below for rental pick-up locations.
Planning to buy a bike soon? Apply up to 3 rental days towards the purchase of a new like-type bike in one of our stores! (Rental credits will be valid for 6 months after your first rental date.)
Rental Program Details
- Browse our available rental bikes and select the bike style / model / size that you'd like to rent. (Not quite sure what size you need? Come see us to at your nearest Bike Hub and we'll get you sized correctly!)
- Select the rental timeframe you'd like to reserve the bike for using the start date and end date selectors. If the rental period you want is greyed out , then the bike is already booked for that timeframe.
- Read and agree to our rental terms (we'll have you sign the rental agreement when you come in to pick-up your rental)
- Click 'ADD TO CART' and you'll be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your payment and contact information.
- Choose the store location where you would like to pick-up the rental bike from.
- Click 'Pay now' to confirm your reservation.
- Upon booking your rental you'll receive an email for the order confirmation and a 2nd email with your booking details. If you have any questions about your booking please reach out to one of our store locations for assistance. View our locations here.
You can choose to pick-up your rental bike at any of our 3 store locations:
- South Hill: 817 S Perry St, Spokane, WA 99202
- Spokane Valley: 12505 E Sprague Ave, Spokane, WA 99216
- Liberty Lake: 2210 N Madson St, Liberty Lake, WA 99019
- NOTE: If you elect to pick up your rental bike at a store location different than where the bike is currently showing as available this may prevent you from being able to get the bike same day.
- Electric Hybrid Bikes: $65 per day | 7 Day Rate $325
- Gravel Bikes: $100 per day | 7 Day Rate $500
- Mountain Bikes: $100 - 150 per day | 7 Day Rate $500 - $750 (rate varies depending on model)
- Electric Mountain Bikes: $200 per day | 7 Day Rate $1000
- We HIGHLY recommend booking your reservation out at least 1 week in advance. We are very busy from March-July, try to book your bike weeks in advance so your plans are not ruined. PLAN AHEAD.
- Rental bikes can be picked up any time after 11am on the first day of your rental. All rental bikes must be returned by 11AM on the end date of your rental period. Bikes brought in more than 30 minutes after the cutoff time may be subject to an additional rental day charge on top of the initial reservation amount.
- For same day rentals YOU NEED TO CALL THE SHOP that you plan to pick up your bike rental from in order to confirm bike availability
- All bikes must be transported using a tray style bike rack and cannot be hung over a tailgate.
- Rental bikes cannot be used at any bike parks, Silver Mountain, etc.
- Bikes may differ from pictures, i.e. components/colors/etc.
