Replacement kit comes with all the external mechanisms to make it work. The finish is a little different. It has a light orange peel texture to it so if you are the type that has to have everything look matching order two.
Love the ergonomics of the bars and the sweep back. Makes for a comfortable ride.
Works great with some mods one bolt sheared off with little force. Also doesn’t come with any shims to protect the frame I used some old tubes to keep from rubbing off paint.
But once it’s on this this is a game changer make the cargo aspect far more convenient.

Rugged pack. I suffered a good crash mountain biking the first time I used the pack. Landed hard on my side and back and the pack was no worse for wear. Good storage and just the right amount of water capacity.

Easton makes some good products and this stem seems to fit right in that reputation. It’s pretty lightweight for non carbon and aesthetically nicely designed. I went with the 110mm to get a little more aggressive in position. The 7 degree +\- works well for me. Easy installation.

Works great when you don’t have the time or chargers to get multiple packs up. Considering what this thing costs, I would have thought they could have included the USB charger.
This plate that screws to the lower frame is the lower anchor point for the panniers that you mount above it. Make sure you use some locktite so it doesn’t vibrate loose over time. Oh, it works very well.

I have been needing a carrier plate for 16 years ! This addition to my bicycle rack is superb and I love it . I purchased 6 additional screws , nuts and washers to secure both the inner and outer plate holes . I also placed custom cut lining material between the carrier plate and bicycle rack to keep the plate in place ... as well avoid damage where the rack and plate meet
